Dispute Resolution Process

Under the Credit Reference Bureau Act 2010, all account holders are entitled to dispute any record that does not present a true reflection of their credit information.

We aim to resolve disputes within 10 working days. You can check the status of your dispute anytime.

Note: We'll do our best to get back to you within ten working days, but sometimes we might need a little more time to look into your complaint. If this happens, we'll contact you within seven days to inform you.
